Russia and Ukraine supply about 40% of wheat worldwide and this has been halted due to war and port blockade in the region. Prices of wheat have gone up astronomically worldwide leading to hike in bread price. It is not an APC or Buhari issue. Same goes for petroleum products. Biko tell them cost of living is high everywhere in the world. We used to buy 5liter of oil here in the UK for £5 and now is £13. £1 is 815 naira.
