Rishi and Lakshmi sees the bikers following them. Rishi asks what nonsense and asks why are you following us. Neha blames Rano for telling everyone about her alliance with Rishi, which didn’t happen. She says everyone is calling you mad.

Preetam hears them and slaps Neha for risking Lakshmi and Rishi’s lives. Virendra calls Rano and asks him to make him talk to Rishi, when he comes to drop Lakshmi. Rano says they haven’t come till now. Balwinder and his goons go to other side. Rishi stops the car seeing them in the front. Rano asks Neha to call Balwinder. Neha says he is not picking the call. Rishi sees hockey stick in their hands and asks Lakshmi not to panic, as they are about to attack us. He takes her dupatta and covers his face, while Balwinder hits on the car’s front mirror. Song plays….Rishi asks Lakshmi not to worry and tells that he will see. He gets down the car. Balwinder attacks Rishi. Rishi beats him. Lakshmi identifies him, though he is wearing the helmet. Lakshmi gets worried for Rishi.

A goon takes out knife and is walking towards Rishi. Lakshmi shouts calling Rishi. Rishi is beating another goon. She starts the car and hits the goon about to stab Rishi. The goon falls down on the road. She then sees Balwinder about to throw a stone on Rishi’s head. She takes the car reverse and hits Balwinder. Rishi turns and looks at Lakshmi hitting the goons with the car. The people gather there. Balwinder’s friends take him from there. The people asks Rishi if he is fine. Lakshmi gets down and asks if he is fine. Rishi asks if you are fine. Rishi says don’t know who was they? Lakshmi says he was Balwinder with his friends. Rishi asks my driver Balwinder. Lakshmi nods her head.

Rishi asks Lakshmi not to worry and says we shall leave from here. Neha finds Balwinder’s phone off and thinks I shall find out what did he do. Preetam asks Rano why did she let Neha girl and says you can’t handle one girl. Someone says your damad’s car came. Lakshmi tells Rishi that the door is stuck. He opens it. Lakshmi smiles

Rishi dropping Lakshmi at her house and asks her to promise. She asks what? Rishi says don’t tell whatever happened today to anyone, else mom and dad will get worried. She says another secret, as the first one was of vada pav. He laughs. He tells that when Dad asked him to meet her, he was like what is he saying? He says Dad was right that I shall meet you and appreciates for protecting him with her dupatta as the shield. He then appreciates her for ringing the horn and saving him. They shake hands and feel electric current. Rano and Preetam come out. Rano asks what happened to your car. He tells that a drunkard guy broke his car and was claiming that the car is his. He then invites Preetam and Rano for his birthday party and tells Lakshmi that she shall surely come. Lakshmi smiles looking at him. Preetam says he is talking to you. Lakshmi smiles. Rishi goes. Rano takes Lakshmi inside. Neha asks if she refused. Rano says she was eying him. She asks why didn’t she refuse him. Lakshmi says he was not like you have said and tells that she didn’t agree still. Rano says city guys are like Balwinder and says he will show his colors in the party. Shalu and Bani take Lakshmi with them. Preetam asks Rano to let it happen. Rano asks Neha to make Rishi hers in the party.

In the party, Rishi waits for lakshmi and tells Ayush that if she will come. Ayush says she will come. Rishi says she is different. Ayush says even you are different bhai. Rano, Preetam and others come there with Lakshmi and her sisters. Security guard stops them. Rano calls Virendra and tells that the security guard is stopping them. Virendra comes out and calls them inside. Rano scolds the guard. He apologizes to them. Virendra takes them inside.

He introduces Lakshmi and her family to Dadi (Harleen Oberoi). Dadi says Lakshmi is very simple and has glow on her face. She introduces her daughter Karishma, and grand daughters Devika and Ahana and grand son Ayush. Dadi tells Virendra that she likes Lakshmi very much. Rishi and Lakshmi walk towards each other. Neha comes inbetween them and is about to fall on him. He moves her and walks towards Lakshmi. He asks Lakshmi to wish him on his birthday. Lakshmi wishes that God shall shower his blessings on him etc. He says nobody wished me like this. Neha comes and greets him. He says he didn’t see her and asks Lakshmi to come, as he wants to introduce her to his sisters. Rano thinks Rishi didn’t look at her daughter.

Rishi takes Lakshmi to his Sonia, his mother Neelam and aunt. Neelam says Rishi told that he likes you. Sonia tells her friend that Rishi bhaiyya is marrying her. The girl looks at her clothes. Rishi comes to Lakshmi and asks her to come. Lakshmi says everyone is wearing western here, and I am looking strange. He says you are best, the way you are and asks her to be comfortable. Virendra comes to them. Rishi asks him to be with Lakshmi and goes. Virendra tells Lakshmi that Rishi is modern and drinks when people insists, but he is good and humble guy at heart. He says his real avatar is clean and simple like you.

Preetam tells Rano that the waiters here are wearing costly clothes and tells that what they have brought for Rishi is very cheap compared to even waiter’s clothes. He asks Rano to hide the clothes in her hand bag. Rano keeps it in her bag.

Virendra asks Lakshmi to say something. Lakshmi says party is good and tells that she didn’t see such party before, it is like happening in Raja Maharaja house. He asks then why are you sad? Lakshmi says she is not wearing western dress and looking odd. He says you are looking very nice. He sees Rishi coming wearing Indian kurta pajama clothes and tells Lakshmi. His friends come and greet Rishi. They asks Rishi why he didn’t tell that the theme is Indian. He says he is wearing Indian clothes to match with Lakshmi. They tease Rishi. Rishi goes to Virendra and tells that he thought to match with Lakshmi. Virendra says it is not matching, but supporting her.

Lakshmi smiles looking at Rishi. Rishi asks if he is not looking nice. She says nice. Rishi asks her for the dance. Lakshmi says dance. His friends ask them to dance. Lakshmi gives his hand to Rishi. Rishi holds her hand and walks. Karishma tells Neelam that she always thought that Rishi will marry a model. Neelam says we always knew that he will not refuse our choice.

someone asking Rishi and Lakshmi to do a couple dance. Rishi and Lakshmi begin dancing. Everyone claps for him. Main Tera Banjawunga plays……Bani and Shalu are very happy to see them dancing. The song continues to play. Rano and Neha get jealous. Rano says if you don’t do anything then you will fall down for forever. Rishi tells Lakshmi that she dances well and says you are worrying unnecessarily. Lakshmi says she can dance Punjabi dance. He asks for the birthday gift. Lakshmi says I didn’t bring gift, don’t know what to bring, you have everything. He says you can give me one thing, which you have, a kiss. She gets tensed and recalls Rano’s words. Everyone claps as they stop dancing. Ayush, and other cousins appreciate their dancing. Rishi asks Lakshmi to meet his friends. Lakshmi excuses herself and goes to Bani and Shalu. Rano asks what happened? Lakshmi holds her hand and takes her to side. She says Rishi asked for a kiss as the birthday gift. Rano says guys are like squirrel and showed his true colors. She asks her not to go to his room and says we shall leave from here. Neha goes behind Rishi and sprinkle drink on her face. Rishi searches for Lakshmi and thinks she was here. Neha pretends to drink and falls on Rishi. She says I had a bit of drink. Rishi calls waiter Sanjay and asks him to take her. He turns to go. Neha looks angrily. She falls on waiter as Rishi looks at her, and then slaps the waiter for touching her. Bani and Shalu look at Neha.

Rani asks Lakshmi tells that Preetam went out and asks her to search him. Rishi calls Lakshmi. Lakshmi is about to go and collides with waiter. Juice falls down on her clothes. Rishi comes there. Lakshmi says it was her mistake and asks waiter to go. Waiter says sorry and goes. Rishi asks Lakshmi to come to room and clean her dress. Lakshmi says I will talk to Chachi once. Rishi asks her to come and takes her with him. Neha comes to Rano and tells that Rishi is not looking at her even once. Rano tells that now Lakshmi will see his true colors. Neha says he is a good guy. Rano says Lakshmi will see as Rishi will do something like Balwinder. She says that if your relation haven’t happened then Lakshmi will also not get Rishi.

Rishi takes her to his room and gives her tissue paper to clean her dress. She hears the door locked and looks at Rishi, who is sitting on the bed and tying his shoe lace. Rishi says I shall thank waiter and you are here alone with me, in my room. He walks towards her and says it is perfect moment, to get the birthday gift. Lakshmi moves backwards and picks the knife from the fruit bowl. He says I will agree with the kiss today, but you shall bring gift for me in my next birthday. He says you might have known that what I want, I shall get, you can’t refuse.

Neha asks how much time? Rano says Lakshmi will come running out and then the tamasha will happen, and we will leave from here. Rishi bends down on his knees, holds his hand and kisses on her hand. Main phir bhi tumko chahungi plays….Rishi thanks her for the birthday gift and says kiss is done. He asks why are you looking at me this way, and says nothing will happen as such, as that kiss you will get after marriage. He says though I am modern, but old fashioned in this matter. He again sits on the bed and ties his shoe lace. He gets a call, says mom called, we have to leave urgently. Lakshmi looks at him, as he holds her hand and takes her outside. She smiles. Tu thodi der plays…….Neha and Rano are angry looking at them smiling. Rishi comes to Neelam and asks if you called me. Neelam says I wanted to know where are you? Lakshmi thinks she always thinks him wrong, he is good and truthful life partner just as Bau ji wanted. Shalu and Bani take her to side and asks Lakshmi, if she likes Rishi, and will he marry her. Lakshmi says Bau ji wanted me to get such a guy who is honest, humble and stands with me in troubled times, fight with the world for my respect, who is my partner and friend. She says Rishi is like the one. Bani and Shalu get happy. Bani asks do you love him? Lakshmi says what she is feeling, have never experienced it before, says if this is a love then yes.

Rishi asks everyone for their attention and says actually Dad shall do this announcement. He goes to his Dad and thanks him for making his life’s difficult decision easy and says I can’t wait to make Lakshmi as my life partner. Mr. Oberoi smiles and says ok. He tells the guests that Rishi asked him to make an announcement, but he can’t do it until someone asks him to do so. He calls Lakshmi and asks do you want to see your Bau ji smile daily. Lakshmi nods her head and smiles. Mr. Oberoi says I got permission to announce, tells that Oberoi’s got their bahu and Rishi will get his lifepartner now. Everyone claps. Ayush congrats Rishi. Mr. Oberoi says I want to make one more announcement and announces their engagement tomorrow. Preetam hears the announcement and looks at Rano and Neha. Dadi congrats Rishi and Lakshmi. Lakshmi touches her feet. Lakshmi then comes to Neelam and touches her feet. Lakshmi says your place is not there, it is not easy to win my heart, but you did it. She hugs her. Lakshmi smiles. Neelam thanks Mr Oberoi for making them meet their Lakshmi and for setting their family. Ayush tells Rishi that they shall celebrate. Ayush opens the champagne bottle. He says cheers. Everyone drinks. Lakshmi goes to side. Rishi comes to her and offers her drink. Lakshmi says she doesn’t drink. He says everyone drinks here, and you have to drink as you are going to be part of family now. He asks how many secrets of mine, you have with you. She says two, vada pav and fighting. Rishi tells that this is the third secret and tells that this shall be a secret, and says what I am drinking is not alcohol. He says nobody drinks in our family, it is non alcoholic drink, everyone wants to be happy with us, and tells that even their waiters are trained and knows what to give to everyone. He asks her to take the drink and drink it for everyone. He asks her to tell how is the taste? Lakshmi drinks and says its taste is bitter and sweet. Rishi teases her for drinking and calls her Punjabi girl. Her friends come there and ask Rishi to come. Rishi says he will dance after marriage, don’t want anyone to impress Lakshmi.

He tells Lakshmi that he has tackled them politely so that they don’t feel bad of their refusal. Lakshmi thinks she has to learn so much from him, he is the one like Bau ji wanted for me.
