Unfortunate Love on zee world Monday 20th November 2023 update, Lakshmi thinking about Rishi’s words that if she is happy that he will be peaceful. Jab tum hote ho plays….Everyone is crying. Dadi asks Ayush if Rishi is much hurt and says Doctor haven’t come out till now. Ayush says only Doctor can say and asks her not to take tension as treatment takes time.

Dadi says why Doctor is not giving any assurance. Ayush says he had talked to head nurse and she told that only Doctor can say. Neelam recalls asking Rishi to go and not to return home until Puja is done for Lakshmi. She cries and tells Karishma that Rishi is her life and today in anger, she asked him to go. She says I am his mother, if he was upset with me then he should have hurt me, rather than hurting himself. Karishma consoles her.

Neelam looks angrily at Lakshmi, but doesn’t tell her anything as Anjana and Saloni are there. Nurse comes out of OT. Malishka holds her and asks how is Rishi? Nurse asks her to let her go to get medicines. Malishka stops her asking her to say. Neelam scolds Malishka and asks why she wants to be a hurdle in his treatment and says she just wants her son to be fine.

Vikrant calls Saloni. Saloni asks where are you? Vikrant asks if Rishi is alive or dead. Saloni asks if you have done this. Vikrant says I didn’t have any option, he got proof against me and that’s why I killed him. He tells her everything. Saloni asks where are you, if you got hurt and says she will come there. Vikrant tells that he heard Lakshmi’s voice, fell down and when he gained consciousness, he found himself in the hospital. He asks where is Rishi? Saloni tells him that Rishi is saved, by Lakshmi and Ayush. She asks him to say where is he? Lakshmi prays to God and cries, asking him to treat Rishi else nobody can live. Saloni thinks how to go to Vikrant and thinks why to care for others, she shall just care for Vikrant.

Doctor comes out of the OT and tells that Rishi was brought in a critical condition and if he was late, then anything would have happen. Dadi asks how is he? Doctor asks them to thank the person who brought him here. He says your son is out of danger and he will gain consciousness in sometime. He says he is shifting him to ICU now and then they can meet him. Malishka hugs Neelam. Shalu and Bani hug each other. Bani goes to call Lakshmi. Ayush tells Virender that Lakshmi is a miracle machine to found about Rishi. Virender says she is blessed. Dadi says once again she has saved him, Rishi and Lakshmi’s relation is different. Saloni asks if there is any good news. Karishma tells that Rishi is out of danger and he will gain consciousness in sometime. Saloni thinks to go and inform Vikrant.

Bani comes to Lakshmi and says you have saved jiju, he is out of danger. Lakshmi sits and cries badly, thanking God. Bani says you have saved jiju and hugs her. She asks her to come to Jiju. She turns and sees Saloni running in urgency. She wonders what happened to Saloni.

Rishi is being shifted to ICU. All the family members go inside the ICU. Bani asks her to come. Lakshmi refuses and blames herself for reaching there late and for letting his accident happen. Bani asks her not to blame herself and says if you had not gone there, then you couldn’t have saved him. Lakshmi says if I go inside, then nobody will like it. She says she will stand outside. Neelam and others look at Rishi. Nurse asks them to go out and says many people are not allowed. She says only one person is allowed. Malishka tells that she will stay with Rishi and will take care of him. Kiran says Malishka is his love and would be wife. Dadi says nobody will stay here, and says Rishi’s strength and courage will stay with him. Neelam says no, I will not let her stay with Rishi and says she is inauspicious and he is in this condition because of her. Dadi says Rishi is alive today because of her, and that he is with us. She says Lakshmi has saved your son, this house heir and says if you can’t thank her, then can’t say bitter words for her. She says my love for Rishi is not less than you. Neelam says but. Dadi says it is the matter of Rishi’s life. Karishma says Lakshmi is Anjana ji’s would be bahu. Dadi says she is not yet her bahu and says I don’t think she will have any objection. Anjana says she has no objection as she is elder and taking this decision. They go out.

Nurse gives medicine to Vikrant. Vikrant says he is fine and will go. Nurse says you can faint and fall down, and asks him to call his family. Vikrant says it is a trouble, I have to leave from here before Rishi exposes me. Saloni comes there crying and hugs him. She asks why you was taking it out, wanted to kill yourself. Vikrant says no, and tells that Rishi got proofs against us. Saloni says if anything had happened to you. She says Lakshmi saved Rishi.

Lakshmi is sitting on Rishi’s bedside, and looks at him. She recalls her bitter words and says I am very bad, I give you so much pain, don’t listen to your sayings and don’t believe you. She says sorry for being late and says if I had come a bit earlier than this wouldn’t have happened? She says sorry Rishi and cries. Tu thodi der plays….She recalls his love confession. Saloni asks Vikrant, what is the relation between Rishi and Lakshmi? Vikrant says Rishi loves Lakshmi even now. Saloni asks what about Lakshmi? He says don’t know. Saloni asks what we will do, if we will get saved by Rishi, then will be caught by Police. He says we have to go from here, and you have to kill him. He asks if you will kill him. Saloni is shocked.

Bani saying thanks to baba ji that jiju is fine and they found him at the right time. Ayush says all credit goes to Lakshmi Bhabhi and says if Rishi Bhai is alive then it is because of him. Shalu says how did this accident happen? She says may be this is not accident. Ayush gets doubtful too and says may be someone wanted to hurt him or kill him. He says someone tried to kill him. He recalls the guy telling that truck driver did the accident and fled. Lakshmi recalls Rishi’s words that he had gone to Vikrant’s house and got the proofs against him. She asks Rishi to get up. Saloni is going towards ICU and recalls Vikrant’s words. Neelam cries and feels bad for Rishi. She tells that he is very much hurt and tells that he can’t see her bandage. Virender and Dadi ask her to handle herself. Karishma says he is fine. Neelam says if he was fine then he would be at home. Dadi asks Neelam to handle herself. Malishka says who did this accident and tells that she will not leave that person. Anjana sees Saloni and asks where did she go? Lakshmi comes there. Neelam, Karishma and Malishka scold her for leaving Rishi and coming out. Malishka says she will be with Rishi. Virender asks them to let Lakshmi say first. Lakshmi says Rishi moved his fingers and it seems he has gained consciousness. Everyone goes to the ICU. Dadi praises Lakshmi. Saloni sits shocked.

Vikrant thinks if Saloni is doing the work. He thinks he has to marry Lakshmi and for that Rishi shall die. Everyone comes to the ICU, and sees Rishi unconscious. Malishka scolds Lakshmi for lying to them. Karishma asks why did you lie and played with their feelings. Kiran says you have made fun of a mother’s feelings. Lakshmi says I saw it. Neelam asks her to say truly. Lakshmi says she is saying truly and felt that he came out of the senses, so that’s why she came out. Malishka scolds her. Virender says if she wanted then she would have sit here, but she came out to tell us. Nurse comes there and asks them not to gather here, and leave Patient alone. Neelam asks Nurse when her son will gain consciousness. Nurse says he is in anesthesia affect and will be fine. She asks them to go and asks them to behave like educated people. Malishka says we are educated, but this lakshmi, she shouted and lied that Rishi got consciousness and insults her. Virender asks her to behave like educated people and not to blame Lakshmi. Anjana is shocked. Saloni thinks Rishi got consciousness and must have showed truth to everyone. Anjana tells Neelam that Lakshmi didn’t do anything intentionally. Saloni asks if Rishi said something. Anjana says Rishi didn’t get consciousness till now though Lakshmi felt. Saloni thinks thank god, shall I do as Vikrant said, even now we have chance, we can get our lives’ happiness. Nurse goes to talk to Doctor if she shall give him injection. Lakshmi is sitting at Rishi’s bedside.

Lakshmi talks to Rishi and says I know that you are in your consciousness, I had called everyone and have to hear so much because of you. She says I know and saw you moving your hands, and is teasing me and asks him to get up. Just then Rishi gets up, scares her and laughs aloud. Lakshmi is surprised. He asks what happened wonder woman. She says when I was being scolded, you didn’t say anything and asks if he was liking it. He says he was so angry and wanted to grab Malishka’s neck and even Karishma bua says anything. He says before I could say anything, Dad handled everything. Lakshmi says you want to tease me, even when you are very hurt. Rishi says I have relation of love with you, have the right to tease you. Lakshmi says she is very angry on him. Rishi asks if you will angry on me. Lakshmi says yes. He asks if you will love me. Lakshmi says yes, I will…Song plays….Rishi holds her closer and asks her to love him, and says I didn’t say, don’t act, I said do you love me, and you said you will do. He asks her to do it. Lakshmi asks him not to talk all this, and says I am really upset with you, and you are really bad. She turns and sees him unconscious, and it is her imagination. She says I know that you are in your senses and asks him to get up, says she will be upset with him. Saloni comes there, holding juice glass and sees Lakshmi sitting. Lakshmi thinks it was my illusion that Rishi got consciousness. Saloni asks Lakshmi to drink juice and rest for sometime. Lakshmi refuses. Saloni says I will take care of him. Lakshmi asks her to be there for 2 mins, and says I will just come. She takes the glass, keeps it on the table and goes out. Saloni thinks of Vikrant’s words and a fb is shown. Vikrant tells her that they don’t have any other way out, and asking her to kill him. He says you are killing him in self defence, and says you have to do this for our love, and you will kill him. Saloni says yes. Vikrant asks her to go and give his injection to Rishi.

Saloni says I don’t know how to give the injection. Vikrant asks her to just hit injection on his body and then presses it. fb ends.

Saloni attempts to give him injection. Shalu tells that they shall check jiju. Ayush says they shall find out about the attacker. Lakshmi comes there and Saloni keeps the injection back. Shalu tells Ayush that Vikrant got up from puja, and went behind Rishi, and tells that she feels that Vikrant is behind the attack. Ayush says if this is truth, then he is a cheap guy. Shalu says where is he? Ayush says may be he gave that work to someone else.
