Ruhan and Gulnaaz playfully tease her, and Rahat cracks a joke. Dua calls out to Hina, who notices her sitting in wedding attire. Hina approaches Dua, praising her beauty and expressing happiness. Dua, in turn, thinks about Gazal’s attempts to create a rift between them and resolves to kick Gazal out.

Haider asks Hina if she plans to spend all her time with her daughter-in-law. Hina corrects him, stating that Dua is getting married, not Kaynaat. Hina is surprised to see Hafeez in a shehara and insists that he should be sitting there, not Haider. The doctor tries to reach Haider, but he ignores the calls. Dua asks Hina to bless Hafeez, and Hina reveals her memory issues. The doctor senses something fishy with Gazal’s behavior and instructs a wardboy to find her in the hospital, intending to inform Haider.

Gazal calls the wardboy for a private conversation. Kaynaat and Hafeez get married, and everyone congratulates them. Hina expresses happiness to Hameeda, who reciprocates. Haider and Dua’s wedding takes place in front of Hina, leaving her happy but confused. Dua asks for 15 minutes of Hina’s time to talk. Hina promises to listen. Meanwhile, a wardboy questions Gazal about her secretive behavior, and she reveals her fears of her husband’s relative discovering her IVF treatment plans. She could never get over it. She met her husband and tried to apologize. She raised her orphan child. She gave her daughter a place in her house. The orphan girl still considered her the culprit. She kept pretending that she forgave the woman but she kept hating her. She had poison in her heart for that woman. The orphan girl’s name is Gazal. Hina is shocked. Dua says yes, Rehmani’s daughter Gazal. Hina recalls everything.

The ward boy tells the doctor she’s the patient. He leaves. Gazal is there for the treatment. The doctor says you have healthy vitals. You’re ready for the process. Hina is shocked. Dua says yes Gazal came to ruin that woman’s life. She started with her DIL first. She made them hate each other. After that, she fooled her younger son and then her elder son. Haider says she wanted to use that woman as her pawn. Ruhaan says yes. She pretended to love her younger son but was just using him. When he got to know he tried to run away. Haider says then she blackmailed everyone. She tricked her elder son into marrying her to fix his mother’s mistake. He married under pressure. Gulnaaz says she ruined that woman’s life. Her sautan also helped Gazal. Dua says Gazal hated that woman. She kept cutting hr roots. She abused her son She turned the brothers against each other. She provoked that woman so much that she tried to take her life. Gazal controlled her mind. One day that Gazal’s truth came in front of that woman’s eyes.

Hina recalls everything. She says why do I know this story? What happened next? The doctor says she’s very close to remembering everything. Dua says Gazal didn’t need that woman. She shoved her off the window. She tried to kill that woman. Haider says do you wanna see what else she did? They replay Gazal and Hina’s scene with Hamida and Qainaat. Qainaat shoves Hamida as Gazal. Hamida and Qainaat fight like Hina and Gazal did. She shoves Hamida. Hina screams.

Hamida tells the actor that she is a villain. She throws her away and Hina gets flashbacks of Gazal pushing her away in the same manner. She screams and faints. Dua and Haider rush to her.

The doctor tells Gazal that they gave her an injection and for further procedure they have to give her anesthesia. Gazal smirks and thinks I am going to own Haider’s heir now.

The doctor checks Hina and says she will wake up soon and might get her memory back. Hina starts waking up again and recalls everything that happened, how Gazal slapped her, abused her and threw her from the window. She wakes up and tells Haider that Gazal will destroy us, She beat me up, she tied me up and then slapped me. She threw me from the window, she is a devil. Dua tells her to calm down, she is gone from here and we will send her to jail now.

The doctor is checking Gazal’s reports and tells the nurse that her procedure is done so tell her family that it was successful.
