Meet in love on zee world Saturday 31st August 2024 Update, A Pakistani inspector is harassing an Indian guy, demanding that he insult India as much as possible because Pakistan lost a cricket match. When the person refuses to comply, the inspector brutally beats him with a bat. Shlok and Akki are confused as they see everyone breaking their televisions after Pakistan’s defeat. The inspector continues to beat the Indian guy mercilessly, ultimately killing him. A constable shows Shlok’s photo, identifying him as an Indian who entered their territory, and says his pictures will be displayed on the walls of Karachi. Shlok looks worried.

Sumeet questions the foreign minister about the false information being spread about Shlok. The minister confirms that Pakistan received information from an Indian source, labeling Shlok as a spy. Secretary shows the photo of person to minister says Pakistan killed our Indian guy by proving him spy. Sumeet is shocked when she sees a photo of the guy who was killed in Pakistan earlier. She goes to console the deceased man’s wife, whom she had met before. Sumeet becomes increasingly concerned about Shlok. Shlok is in the same place as the Pakistani inspector, trying to hide his face. The inspector walks by him but misses seeing his face. Shlok is left stunned when he sees posters of himself on walls, branding him as an Indian spy.

Shlok worries about the posters plastered everywhere and how he can safely return home. Sumeet is determined to bring Shlok and Akki back from Pakistan, even if it means going there herself. She overhears a group of Indian artists talking about their plans to visit Pakistan and asks them to help her obtain a visa as well. They watch the news about the brutal killing of an Indian man in Pakistan and are shocked. Raj consoles the Chowdhury family and assures them to trust Sumeet; she will surely bring back Shlok and Akki safely. Shlok fears for his life if anyone recognizes him.

While on a call, Shlok learns that all calls to India are being monitored. He wonders how to communicate with his family without getting caught. Akki mentions that he’s hungry. Shlok finds one of Sumeet’s earrings in his pocket and reminisces about their moments together. He realizes that even though she’s not with him physically, she is still with him in spirit. Sumeet believes that Shlok is safe wherever he is. One of the guys from the artists’ group backs out of the Pakistan trip. They need someone to play the dhol, Sumeet volunteers to take his place, as she can play it well.

The band members discuss their plans, while a man on the street shows Shlok’s poster to the inspector, claiming to have seen him around. The inspector announces to the crowd that Shlok’s pictures are everywhere and urges them not to let him escape alive. The crowd becomes enraged and vows not to let Shlok survive. Sumeet plays the dhol, impressing the band members who are going to Pakistan. She explains her situation to them, emphasizing her desire to bring her husband back safely.

Sumeet pleads with the band members to let her join them because she needs to rescue her husband. At first, they are hesitant, fearing trouble, but she begs them, explaining that she only wants to save her husband. Eventually, they agree to take her along because they need someone to play the Dhol for their band. Sumeet expresses her gratitude, and they allow her to join.

The inspector shows wanted poster of Shlok to crowd says I’m sure he came to spy on our holy country. The crowd says we won’t let him go back. Shlok hears the angry crowd and decides they need to escape from the area immediately. Akki says I’m feeling hungry. Shlok says soon we will eat at better place but for now, we have to leave. Akki asks Shlok if they’re going to die, but Shlok reassures him, promising to take him back home and share stories of their adventures. As Shlok walks through the street, he is stopped by someone who initially frightens him. However, it turns out to be a young boy begging for money to help his sick mother. Shlok gives him money from his wallet. The toy shop owner notices it’s Indian currency and suspects Shlok of being a spy, sparking alarm in the area.

Back at home, the Chowdhury family tries to prevent Sumeet from going to Pakistan. Sumeet insists she must go to bring back Shlok and Akki. Raj offers to go in her place since he can secure a visa through his contacts, but Sumeet explains she doesn’t have the luxury of time and needs to leave immediately. Shlok advises Akki to stay hidden because if anyone catches them, they’ll lose the game they’re playing. The inspector arrives and demands Shlok come out, insisting he cannot escape. Shlok grabs some objects, throws them in the inspector’s path, and makes a run for it.

Dad adamantly opposes Sumeet’s departure, and Raj decides to leave, planning to arrange his trip to Pakistan independently. Sumeet believes it’s too difficult for Shlok and Akki to survive in Pakistan and cannot wait another two days, as she has a nagging feeling that something bad is happening. In Pakistan, Shlok is pursued by both the police and an angry crowd. He hides, but the inspector manages to wound his leg with a knife, causing it to bleed. Shlok continues to limp away and is intercepted by a man who tells him his son is with them.

This Pakistani man brings Shlok to his home, where he tends to Shlok’s injured leg. He reassures Shlok that not everyone in Pakistan is the same, and he considers himself a good person who helped his nephew by giving him money for his sick mother. Shlok explains that he’s a simple guy with a family back in India. The man offers Shlok a hiding place and informs him that Bilawal, who accused him of being a spy, lost his brother in a war, which is why he views all Indians as enemies. Shlok decides to disguise himself as Adil, a Muslim, to avoid detection.

Sumeet packs her bags and discreetly leaves home without informing anyone. As she makes her exit, she encounters Poonam at the door.

Sumeet pleads with Poonam, asking her to allow her to go to Pakistan to save Shlok, fearing she’ll regret it later for not trying to save him. Poonam makes Sumeet wear red bangles and gives her a blessing for a happy married life. She also gifts her a Ganesh idol to keep with her for protection. Sumeet promises to bring back Shlok and Akki from Pakistan.

Sumeet joins the band that’s heading to Pakistan, and she sings with them.

Shlok, disguised as Adil, keeps himself and Akki hidden. Shlok holds a red rose and fondly remembers his moments with Sumeet. Sumeet, too, can’t help but think of Shlok as she sings and hugs Shlok’s photo. Shlok senses Sumeet’s presence and hopes to find a way back to her soon.

The band members announce their arrival in Pakistan. Sumeet witnesses a person being mistreated at the India-Pakistan border and resolves to bring Shlok and Akki back no matter what. Sumeet touches the soil of Pakistan and remarks on the similarities between both countries, wondering why the bridge of enmity cannot be filled.

At the border, Bilawal confronts Sumeet and the other band members, questioning their secretive behavior. Sumeet explains they’ve come for a cultural festival performance for Ganesh Chaturthi and have the necessary permissions from both governments.
