Meet in love on zee world Monday 2nd September 2024 Update, Sumeet in market when she gets a call from her bandmate. Her bandmate informs her that Bilawal is searching her room. Sumeet hurries back to her room. Meanwhile, Shlok senses Sumeet’s presence around him.

Sumeet’s bandmates blame her for causing trouble for them. Sumeet worries that if Bilawal finds anything related to Shlok in her luggage, he will realize she is Shlok’s wife and I’m here to find my husband then he won’t let me live here and I can’t leave without Shlok and Akki.

Sumeet walks inside her room. Bilawal greets Sumeet when she returns and mentions that he was waiting for her. His staff removes a packet of drugs from Sumeet’s bag, and Bilawal accuses them of drug smuggling under the guise of Ganesh Chaturthi. He threatens Sumeet, but she remains calm and unafraid. Sumeet tells Bilawal that only wrongdoers need to be afraid, and since she hasn’t done anything wrong, there’s no reason for her to be scared. Bilawal is surprised by her attitude and says he has to put her in her place. He orders his constable to remove everyone from the room. Bilawal attempts to humiliate Sumeet, but he is shocked when she shows him a recording of him planting drugs in her bag to frame her. Bilawal is stunned and asks how she managed to do this. Sumeet reveals that she had installed a camera in the room to have proof in case someone tampered with her luggage. She shows him the burkha he had given her earlier and warns him that if she releases the video clips, he will be the one wearing the burkha. She also informs him that she has already alerted the Indian Embassy about the trap, and officers will be arriving soon.

Sumeet instructs Bilawal to leave through the back door while wearing the burkha, and he complies. However, Bilawal manages to obtain evidence of Sumeet’s marriage to Shlok before leaving.

Bilawal informs his fellow inspectors that Sumeet has come under the pretext of Ganesh Utsav to save her spy husband. He plans to expose and trap her carefully.

Meanwhile, Raj seeks help from his IAS friend for Shlok’s case and invites him home. Pankhuri convinces Priyanka to change her appearance to look like a bride from a wealthy family. She persuades Priyanka to wear a short dress and high heels, thinking it will be amusing to see Raj’s reaction when he sees her in such an outfit.

At Bilawal’s house, Shlok is surprised to see a table full of non-vegetarian dishes served for a feast. Akki feels nauseous and runs away from the sight of the food. Shlok pretends to be allergic to non-veg and explains that he follows a vegan diet. Naaz, who has accepted Shlok, agrees to become vegan as well.

Bilawal decides that they should arrange Shlok and Naaz’s marriage soon due to their love for each other. Shlok realizes he needs to tell Naaz the truth. During the meal, one of the staff members accidentally drops a poster that Sumeet had spread for Ganesh Utsav, catching Bilawal’s attention. Naaz secretly takes pictures of Sumeet and becomes suspicious.

Sumeet looking after the arrangements. She confronts Naaz when she realizes Naaz is secretly taking pictures. Naaz explains that she’s a videographer permitted by her ministry to cover the event. She shows her identity card to prove it. Sumeet pretends that Naaz is her younger sister, and they both express their wishes for peace and love between their nations. Naaz admits to taking candid photos secretly and continues to capture the event. While wandering around, Naaz notices someone whispering to Nandi’s idol and asks Sumeet about it. Sumeet explains that making wishes to Nandi often results in them coming true, and she wishes to reunite with Shlok soon. She daydreams about dancing with Shlok. Naaz, on the other hand, wishes that Adil loves her as much as she loves him and imagines a romantic dance with him.

When Sumeet and Naaz accidentally collide, their lockets become entangled. Sumeet suggests that Naaz should open her locket to untangle them, but Naaz refuses, as it was a gift from her fiancé. Instead, she proposes that Sumeet should remove her necklace. However, Sumeet declines, explaining that it’s a mangalsutra, a necklace husbands give to their wives during marriage. This leads to a friendly debate and challenge between Sumeet and Naaz.

Meanwhile, Shlok ponders how to return home to Sumeet. He overhears Naaz’s granddad singing a song and helps him complete the lyrics. Impressed by Shlok’s sweet voice, the granddad asks how he knows the song’s lyrics, given that he lives abroad in the US. Shlok mentions that when you truly want to know something, no boundaries can stop you. The granddad shares his wish to visit India to see his childhood home and old streets again.

Shlok encourages him to fulfill his wish and suggests he go secretly. They also talk about a friend who fell in love with an Indian girl and wishes to cross the border to marry her. The granddad recommends meeting Kafur, who can help. Shlok asks the granddad to keep this conversation secret, and in return, he promises to sing for him once he returns from helping his friend.

Back at the event, Sumeet and her bandmates wait for a singer to perform. Sumeet hopes Shlok will come after seeing the posters, but unfortunately, someone else arrives. Disheartened, she wonders how Shlok could have missed the posters. Bilawal arrives and taunts Sumeet, falsely claiming that Shlok has been arrested. Sumeet after hearing says this means Shlok is in jail and I have to get him out of jail. He smirks as he watches Sumeet leave the event in distress.

Sumeet in a panic state asks a taxi driver to take her to Kot Lakphat prison. He says I won’t go there. Sumeet says I’ll pay you extra. The taxi driver agrees. Sumeet worried about Shlok’s arrest. Tears stream down her face as she prays for Shlok’s safety. Bilawal and his team follow her. Bilawal admits that he’s not easily impressed, but Sumeet’s courage amazes him. He acknowledges her willingness to go to such a dangerous jail for her husband. Bilawal’s men discuss their plan to trap Sumeet, and he eagerly awaits her imprisonment, anticipating her struggle to find her husband. He devises a sinister plan to kill Shlok while Sumeet is locked up in jail.

Meanwhile, Shlok is filled with disappointment. He couldn’t gather the money needed to escape Pakistan. Naaz approaches him with jewellery, including a necklace that belonged to her mother and was meant for her wedding. Zainab playfully teases Naaz about her desire for a perfect wedding, which makes Naaz blush and she runs away. Shlok feels remorseful for the situation when Zainab admires Naaz’s qualities and asks Shlok to take good care of her, urging him not to hurt her feelings. Shlok realizes he can’t continue to deceive an innocent girl like this.
