Breaking; The sets of Meet In Love catches fire

Shagun Pandey and Ashi Singh starrer Meet In love had an unfortunate incident on the sets. One of the makeup rooms on the sets caught fire due to the short circuit. The short circuit led to an AC blast in the room. Nothing was disrupted on the sets. However, the actors were asked to evacuate the space for safety reasons but they soon continued with their shoot.

The whole cast including the leads were shooting when the incident occurred. There were no casualties recorded on the sets. All of them including the crew were safe from the blast.

It is being reported that the AC in actor Susheel Singh’s makeup room who plays the role of Sarkar on the show suddenly blasted and the fire has been controlled now, but the actor and the cast and crew are all out still for safety.

Well, in an interview with a leading portal with Ashi Singh who essays the character of Meet in the show. The actress confirmed the news and said, ”Yes, it is true. But the set did not catch fire, it was a makeup room. The makeup room is pretty destroyed now. However, all of us are safe and sound and there have been no casualties on the set.”

We had also reported earlier on that the show is to get a whole new look where Shagun and Ashi will leave the show.

Sources has it that Shagun Pandey and Ashi Singh who plays Meet & Meet Ahlawat are all set to quit the show MEET. According to the source they are serving their notice period and shooting for them will be over in June.

They have be apart of this series since 2021 with over 600 episodes and counting. The show revolves around Meet, a young tomboy, works hard to support her family. However, she is forced to marry Prem, a rich man who wishes for his wife to conform to socio-cultural norms of womanhood.
