Chelsea manager, Mauricio Pochettino, has said the decision on Romelu Lukaku’s future is out of his hands.
Lukaku is yet to find a new club with eight days left in the summer window.
The Belgium captain, who spent last season with Inter Milan, has been linked with Juventus.
However, he remains clubless, with Pochettino yet to speak to him.
“If the club’s wish is to find a solution afterwards, that’s not on me – it’s on them to talk with me. I’m not going to move [from my position] until the player or the club want to speak with me.
“I’m here and I accepted the situation was like this when I arrived. It wasn’t a situation I was ever able to change.
“It’s the same for when the club bid £100m for a player – it is a club decision. The dynamic in football is fast and it changes.
“Until something changes, we will adapt to the new situation,” Pochettino said.
