Arsenal striker Folarin Balogun is undergoing medicals with Monaco ahead of a potential transfer.
Both sides have reached an agreement on a £38.5 million package for the US international.
Balogun is heading back to Ligue 1, where he spent last season on loan with Reims.
He scored 21 goals and finished fifth in the race for the Golden Boot in France.
Balogun leaves Arsenal after failing to break into Mikel Arteta’s plans.
The 22-year-old was also linked with Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea.
