Arsenal centre-back, Alex Kirk, has left the club to join Scottish Championship side, Ayr United, on loan.
The Gunners disclosed this on Thursday in a statement.
The statement partly read, “Alex Kirk has joined Scottish Championship side Ayr United on a season-long loan.
“The 19-year-old joined our academy aged eight and has been a towering presence at centre-back ever since.
“Alex made 11 appearances for our U-23s last season.”
Meanwhile, Manchester United on Thursday confirmed that Brazilian forward, Ivana Ferreira Fuso, has left their Women’s team to join German side Bayer 04 Leverkusen Women on loan.
Fuso had signed a contract extension with Man United before leaving the club for Bayer.
In a statement via its website, Man United said, “Manchester United Women can confirm that Ivana Ferreira Fuso will spend the 2022/23 season on loan at German side Bayer 04 Leverkusen Women, after signing a contract extension with United until the end of the 2023/24 season.
“The Brazilian international joined United in the summer of 2020 and has made 21 appearances in all competitions, scoring two goals in the process – including a memorable strike in our Continental League Cup victory over Manchester City at Leigh Sports Village in November 2021.”
