Chelsea defender Kalidou Koulibaly has said they’re ready to face Tottenham this weekend.
Koulibaly made a winning debut at Everton last week, which also marked the chance for fans to serenade their new stopper for the first time.

“I was really happy and when I first heard [the song] I couldn’t believe it. My brother sent it to me on my phone and I was surprised. I was really happy and I want to thank them for this new song, I hope it will be sung for a long time!”
He will be looking to cement his place in Thomas Tuchel’s starting line-up on Sunday, as London rivals Spurs come to Stamford Bridge.
“It’s a big game at home, a London derby and we know it will be a tough game,” he added.
“Tottenham are a very good team with a lot of good players, we will work hard to be ready for Sunday to try and win the game. We know it’s going to be difficult, but we’ll be ready!”
