The Red Devils beat Leeds United 2-0 on Sunday to further close the gap to the League leader, Arsenal to five points and two points adrift second-position City.
And Roy Keane doesn’t believe Erik ten Hag’s men can be ruled out of the race just yet.
“But if you look at the table they must be in with a chance,” he said on Sky Sports.
“Obviously City and Arsenal are ahead of them but what they have to do, if either slip up, is be ready to pounce and keep the pressure on.
“To be where they are now, I’d say United are very much in with a chance.”
