Bayern Munich are in pole position to sign Kai Havertz from Chelsea.
The Germany international has also been linked with a transfer to Barcelona.
The 23-year-old has been one of the key players at Stamford Bridge after his move from Bayer Leverkusen for £72 million in 2020.
Havertz who can play as a striker or an attacking midfielder has helped Chelsea to win a total of three trophies so far.
A left-footed attacker blessed with shooting and heading skills, Havertz has been rumoured to leave Chelsea due to his sub-par performances of late.
The Germany international has scored just nine goals and contributed one assist in 37 appearances across all competitions this season.
El Nacional reports that former Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has expressed an interest in reuniting with Havertz.
The former Chelsea boss is a big admirer of the German, who is viewed as a long-term option in the centre-forward role.
Havertz, whose contract with the Blues expires in June 2025 is said to be interested at the prospect of playing under his former manager, Tuchel.
