Everton goalkeeper, Jordan Pickford’s thigh injury could be a significant long-term issue.
The England no.1, who is vying for the starting spot at the World Cup with his country, sustained the injury during his side’s 0-0 draw with Liverpool.
According to The Sun, Everton’s doctors appear to have gotten to the bottom of the issue.

They believe that Pickford’s powerful kicking of the ball is causing him the concern.
He has often played the ball long as part of his team’s tactics, but his coaches may want him to work on his kicking in the future.
Pickford will be battling with the likes of Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsdale and Newcastle’s Nick Pope for the England starting spot in Qatar this winter.
