21-year-old man jailed for sexually exploiting his sister in Enug

A court in Enugu State has sentenced a 21-year-old man, Chinedu Eziuzor, to seven months imprisonment for sexually exploiting his sister.

The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) disclosed in a statement on Monday, October 3, 2022.

According to the statement, Eziuzor was convicted and sentenced on Friday, September 30, 2022.

“A 21 Year old, Male (CHINEDU EZIUZOR) was convicted on a one count charge under section 16(1) of the TIPPEA 2015 and was sentenced to a seven (7) month prison term, to start running from the date of arrest, for sexually exploiting his sister sometime in 2021.” the statement read.
