The Ahsoka release date window has remained a mystery for some time for the upcoming Disney+ series but according to star Rosario Dawson, fans can expect to see the series sometime later this year.
During an interview on a recent appearance on Today with Hoda and Jenna, Dawson was discussing her upcoming schedule of projects and revealed the Ahsoka release date window for when the Disney+ show may come out.
“Ahsoka, that’s going to probably come out in the Fall,” said Dawson. “We’re going to have Haunted Mansion coming out in August [this has been recently pushed to up to late July] first.”
Rosario Dawson stars as Ahsoka Tano in the limited series after the character made her live-action debut in The Mandalorian. Ahsoka is expected to continue the character’s story. Joining Dawson is Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren and Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker, along with Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Ray Stevenson.
The limited series is written by Dave Filoni who executive produces along with Jon Favreau and Kathleen Kennedy. No additional details about the project have been released.
