Peaky Blinders Movie Cast Adds The Incredible Hulk’s Tim Roth

Tim Roth has joined the cast of Netflix’s Peaky Blinders movie.

In June 2024, it was announced that Tom Harper had signed on to direct a Peaky Blinders movie that will see Cillian Murphy reprise his role as Thomas “Tommy” Shelby.

Rebecca Ferguson (Dune, Mission: Impossible) and Barry Keoghan (Saltburn, The Banshees of Inisherin) have also been cast in the movie in undisclosed roles.

Now, per Deadline, Roth has also joined the cast of the film. It is not clear who Roth will play in the movie at this time.

Roth is known for playing Emil Blonsky/Abomination in 2008’s The Incredible Hulk. He then reprised the role in both 2021’s Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and 2022’s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. He has worked with Quintin Tarantino a number of times as Roth starred in 1992’s Reservoir Dogs, 1994’s Pulp Fiction, and 2015’s The Hateful Eight, while his scenes in 2019’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood were cut out of the film’s final version.

Roth won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in 1995’s Rob Roy. Having starred in television series such as Lie to Me and Tin Star, his filmography also includes 1999’s The War Zone, 2001’s Planet of the Apes, 2008’s Funny Games, 2018’s Luce, and more.
