A new A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead trailer is out, previewing the game’s “hide and seek” mechanics players will have to use to stay away from the game’s terrifying creatures.
The new trailer shows off how players will have to navigate the world, carefully avoiding things that make noises so as not to give themselves away. Players will be equipped with a phonometer, which monitors ambient and active noise, that lets you determine whether or not it’s okay to make sounds while hiding from the creatures found in the game.
Throughout the game, players will also be able to utilize distractions like bottles, bricks, and more to hide. Much like in the A Quiet Place movies, players can also use sand to create a quiet path to tread.
