Onugha Victor, fast-rising Nigerian singer known professionally as SunshineGzuz, has lambasted most Nigerian artistes for lavishing their wealth on women and night clubs without taking care of their parents.

He noted that most musicians abandon their parents, especially their mothers when they become wealthy, moving around with different women.

The singer who gifted his mum a brand new Lexus RX 350 for Christmas, reminded his colleagues that there are massive blessings in loving and showing care for their mothers, adding that his mum was his supportive machine during his formative years.

“Mothers are precious gift. I have always said many times that my mum is my first love. She was very supportive from onset. I will stretch to any length to make her happy anyday,” he said.

“While growing up, she made sure the family bond was strong, cared for everyone and was my dad’s best supporter. I think for many reasons, she’s my role model in a woman form”.

SunshineGzuz, who has released some trending tracks in the past including his most recent top chart single “don’t stress it” tasked entertainers to take care of their parents and not allow fame deprive them of that chance.

“Every one, irrespective of any field owes their parents enormous gratitude for bringing them into this world. I see some artists who don’t take care of their parents but spend millions in night clubs and hotel.

“All these lifestyle can be interesting if you still invest some parts of the money on your family. Remember, family is where it all started. Never at any point deprive your family of the love and regards they deserved,” [sic] he said.
