Job Overview
- We are currently seeking to hire a Social Media Manager with proven experience in digital marketing. The preferred candidate will be responsible for managing social media pages of the company as well as assigned client pages.
- You will design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness, drive engagement and sales, using social media tools and digital marketing.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company’s social media accounts, as well as assigned clients.
- Coordinate and plan a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
- Control the production and dissemination of digital content (including photos, graphics, and videos) on various online channels.
- Create engaging content for all assigned social media pages, that engender participation and call to action.
- Retain top of the mind awareness for the company brand.
- Build and engage communities online, and collaborate with other content creators.
- Monitoring client services offered through social media.
- Data analysis to identify whether social media marketing goals have been met.
- Making and maintaining use of social media marketing tools for the business’s brand
- Investigating social media trends and updating management on any modifications that affect the business’s marketing initiatives.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media initiatives, such as goals for a specific number of shares or likes, Direct Messages and evaluating the success of the campaign against the KPIs
- Investigate current benchmark patterns.
- Create and implement a social media plan that is in line with company’s service delivery objectives.
- Grow Company’s social media accounts organically, using engagement strategies that guarantees follower increase.
- Come up with and carry out plans for campaigns in digital marketing.
- Establish a solid online presence via digital platforms.
- Keep the brand’s identity strong and consistent across all social media channels.
- Execute digital marketing strategies using email marketing, SEO, digital advertising, and direct marketing.
- Deliver monthly reports on analytics, campaign results, etc.
- Increasing brand perception by working with relevant influencers.
- Create, edit, publish, and distribute interesting content daily (e.g. original copies, photos, videos, and industry news)
- Organizing digital marketing efforts across the web, email, social media, and SEO/SEM, Newsletters.
- Create high impact sponsored ads across Instagram, Facebook, including Google Ad’s, etc
- Identifying target audience for different niches of client and company brand.
- Create and follow a communication plan for social media and email communications. Come up with fresh and inventive growth tactics for the business. Launch commercials to raise brand recognition. Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies.
- Increase opt-ins and sales via call to action mechanisms.
- Create video content for reels, TikTok and other video based app functions
- Keep track of online traffic and SEO stats.
- Propose and implement fresh elements, such as contests and promotions, to raise brand recognition, awareness, and ultimately sales.
- Keep up with the most recent developments in social networking, design software, and other technology.
- Take the lead in creating integrated marketing plans for each brand, including strategies and methods that boost recognition, relevance, and demand. Additionally, calendarization is used to synchronize timeliness of essential messages across various touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or any other relevant and applicable field.
- Minimum of 3 years proven work experience in similar role, with evidence of achieving success in campaigns.
- Experience using sponsored Ad’s campaign to drive sales and brand visibility.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing profitable sales and marketing strategies online that convert.

- Mandatory and crucialto have intermediate knowledge on the use ofdesign tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, photoshop, inshot, etc.
- Proven expertise in running social media, email, SEO, and marketing databases
