PG Consulting Limited – Our client, a Ceramics Manufacturing company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Location: Ajaokuta, Kogi
Employment Type: Full – time
Working Days: Monday-Saturday

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management and smooth logistics.
Receive and inspect incoming goods to verify quantities and conditions.
Store and organize inventory items in designated areas, ensuring proper labelling and accessibility.
Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained.
Coordinate with transportation providers for efficient delivery and pickup of goods.
Assist with loading and unloading of trucks.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Maintain accurate inventory records through physical counts and data entry.

Requirements

Minimum of a B.Sc or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in warehouse management and inventory control.
Physical fitness to handle warehouse activities.
Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience:

Warehouse: 5 years (Required)
Manufacturing industry: 5 years (Required)
