Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals between the ages of 18 and 27 years, holding an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in the following fields:

Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Welding and Fabrication
Auto Electricians
Computer Science
Science Lab Technology
Mathematics and Statistics
Physics
Refrigeration and Airconditioning (R&A, HVAC units)

As a Trainee Operator, you will have the chance to work alongside our experienced team and gain valuable industry exposure.
This program is designed to provide hands-on experience in ceramics and tiles production, allowing you to apply your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.
It’s a steppingstone towards building a successful career in the industry.

Qualifications and Requirements

Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in any of the mentioned fields
Passion for learning and a strong desire to excel in the industry.
Good communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
