Job Overview
As a Supply Officer at our Company you will play a pivotal role in the effective management of the supply processes.
Your responsibilities will encompass inventory control, clients relations, logistics coordination, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
 Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
Manages, Monitor/supervises and coordinate client’s orders ensuring a smooth and seamless operation between the dispatch team and clients.
Ensure effective communications of information pertaining to delivery of orders ( between the clients and dispatch team).
Monitor and ensure that the inventory records pertaining to cylinders are accurate and up to date.
Ensure the cylinders used to carry out supply of gas to clients are in good condition.
Use computer software to track gas orders from origin to delivery.
Have an accurate record of gas in storage and handle distribution.
Plan and implement logistics on day-to-day operations ensuring targets are met.
Organizing and ensuring that the dispatch team understand their duties or delegated task.
Evaluating performance of the dispatch team and providing assistance/feedback when necessary.
Creating and managing team schedules.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the managemet.
Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
3 years of work experience in the field or similar.
Good interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Team player with strong collaboration skills.
Communication Skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Inventory stock management skills.
Salary
N130,000.00 – N150,000.00 monthly.
