We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Shift Engineering Supervisor

Location: LagosJob Type: Full Time

ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidates will be responsible for:

Effective planning of preventive maintenance
Monitoring/ co-ordinating factory operations for improved OEE measurement/performance
Ensuring efficient supports for factory operations
Ensuring total compliance to technical operating standards
Ensuring safe installations of machineries/equipment.
Ensuring that subordinates are properly trained for the right acquisition of technical skill and knowledge
Ensuring that changes and modification to plants/machinery are properly documented for improved factory operations
Ensuring that all production machines are optimally available
Ensuring that ordering and usage of maintenance spares are properly utilized for better factory operations

Requirements

A University Degree (B.Sc / HND) in Mechanical Engineering & Electrical Engineering
Three (3) years relevant work experience in a standard manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of mechanical & Electrical repairs/maintenance
