Job Summary

As the Senior Internal Control Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the internal control environment across the organization.
This key role will involve ensuring compliance with policies, managing risk, and supporting process improvements to safeguard the company’s assets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor internal control systems and policies.
Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control policies and best practices.
Report directly to senior management on internal control performance and risk mitigation strategies.
Lead internal control audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and enhance control measures.
Oversee the documentation and reporting of all internal controls and findings.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal controls, audit, or risk management.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
ACA (ICAN) or ACCA certification is required.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and best practices.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects.
