Mosra Enerji Limited Nigeria has been a market leader in Exploration, Mining, energy transmission and distribution in Nigeria with over 10 years industry experience. In alignment with current Nigeria government “Coal to Power Program” planned to generate 30 per cent of electricity needed in the country from coal.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Marketing ManagerLocations: Delta and Kogi

Job Responsibilities

Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Perform Comprehensive Market Analysis to generate information on competitive positioning, current trends, and comparable sales and target market.
Identify and manage prospective clients
Negotiate prices and terms of sale
Participate in recruiting process, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Requirement / Skills

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Must have 10 years work experience
Excellent Presentation Skills
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Excellent and numerous prospecting skills
Excellent Leadership, Organizational and Creativity skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
