Job Title: Sales Development Representative

The Role  

We are in the fortunate position of taking on new projects at a rapid pace and have an ever-increasing volume of new leads. As such, we are looking for someone to join our commercial team and support the commercial director and growth team in the sales process. 
You will work closely with the Commercial Director, Head of Growth, Product Directors and Growth Associates to support the sales process and ensure prospects have an excellent experience in all dealings with Steer73.

Key Responsibilities

Arranging meetings between interested prospects and our commercial director  
Following up with prospects at every stage of the pipeline via various channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn and video.  
Nurturing prospects that are not ready to engage in sales calls yet 
Managing and maintaining a tidy CRM  
Prospect research  
Contributing to strategic conversations about the best course of action for each prospect  
Recording personalised videos for prospects
Joining sales calls & taking notes  
Sending prospects relevant materials such as case studies and original content  

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) 
Strong previous experience in a B2B sales environment  
Confidence presenting over video 
Strong commercial awareness and an interest in technology  
Self-starter, able to take accountability and to thrive on autonomy 
Someone who enjoys a rapid pace and wants to make a real difference to the company.
Proficiency in sales tools such as a CRM  
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding traditional sales KPI’s e.g. call volume, appointments booked etc
