Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Surulere, LagosEmployment Type: Full-timeSlot: 10 Openings

Responsibilities

Will be in charge of sourcing for target saving account from potential retail market owners
Developing internal and external relationships with customers.
Will be responsible for canvasing and sourcing for investors for maintaining a portfolio of deposits.
Develop new business prospects in specific areas through cold calls, storming, market penetration strategies and canvasing.
Generate individual, shop owners and corporate leads through client mapping
Acquire new clients and maintain the growth of newly solicited target account openings and ensure its funded daily, weekly or monthly.
Assisting the sales team with onboarding commercial customers from market square
To identify prospective customers for the purpose of lead generation, activation, and conversion.
To create and maintain customer relationships, track sales data and create performance reports.

Requirements

Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Preferably with at least 1-year sales experience in deposit mobilization
Retail sales experience.
High passion for sales and excellent negotiation skills
With excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Knowledge in Bank products such as Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) or other products, is a plus
Experience as a Direct Sales Agents from a financial institution
Resourceful in getting new target accounts and clients regardless of location

Salary RangeN80,000 – 100,000 / Month plus commission upon meeting target.
