Job Title: Relationship Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Prospect, acquire and manage the portfolio of clients’ deposit (sustain and grow a portfolio of clients by building long term relationships).
Prepare action sales and call plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Proactive management of all clients’ relationships by providing regular updates on the status of their accounts including regular market updates to improve the client’s awareness
Business development for both new and existing clients with a view to increasing penetration
Assume primary responsibility for understanding the client’s business at a strategic and operational level.
Constantly seek opportunities to enhance product and market knowledge to improve the company’s product offerings.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
Active and consistent engagement of new and existing clients to increase fund placement and utilization of the company’s other products

Requirement and Skills

Candidates should possess a BA / B.Sc Degree with 3 – 6 years relevant work experience.
