We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT)Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements We currently have an opening for the position of a Quantity Surveyor, who should possess the following minimum requirements:

B.Sc / HND in Quantity Surveying with the ability to carry out construction cost estimates without supervision.
Ability to use Microsoft Office and other project management software
Ability to organise the division of the project into its component work packages
Must be able to travel at short notice
Must be conversant with BPP requirements for bidding processes
Ability to organise and submit bids without supervision.
Very good command of English language for site report writing
Ability to keep a close eye on contractual relationships and construction finances

Other Considerations that are not a requirement:

Prior experiences working on sites is an added advantage.

SalaryN50,000 – N150,000 / month.
