About the Job

Our client is in search of a Quality Control Officer who will ensure high quality of output with minimal wastage and ensure that all necessary procedures and products are inspected to a high standard.
As a Quality Control Officer, you must ensure high-quality food is served to the customers to increase the restaurant’s demand.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities would include but not be limited to;

Establish and evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards.
Investigate customer complaints and rejected orders.
Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and standards.
Evaluate the packaging material to avoid food contamination.
Maintain a safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with set regulations.
Develop, recommend and monitor preventive and corrective actions to improve the food production process.
Keep an accurate log of food purchase and food production.
Other administrative quality control functions.

Qualifications and Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Business-based programs.
In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Previous experience in restaurant management.
Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.

SalaryN100,000 – N120,000 / month.
