Hope Live Heal – We are a UK based registered charity. We aim to reach families in Africa with a message of hope, life and healing through charitable causes. We offer grant and donations to schools, families, support centres, food banks across Africa. We also work with partner organisations across several regions of Africa in touching the lives of people.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Program Officer

Location: Nigeria

Position Overview

The Program Officer will support the program team in communicating with field partners and reviewing, evaluating, funding, and monitoring grassroots projects.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in working with an NGO and will share the vision of the charity to effect and lead change.
The candidate should also possess key issue area expertise in at least education or health matters as it affects vulnerable persons.  

Responsibilities

Grow the existing organisation network of strategic partners
Content management and development for HopeLiveHeal’s website, social media, events, email newsletters, and other materials.
Support organization-wide activities, events, and campaigns actively and as needed
Occasional travel to supervise and monitor projects
Maintain strong relationships with project partners
Routinely process grant applications and lead the review and evaluation of projects.

Essential

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Previous NGO experience

Desired

Analytical skills, report writing skills, experience in processing grant applications, excellent time management and interpersonal skills and dedication to promoting grassroots development.
Ability to work well with culturally and geographically diverse staff, partners and stakeholders
Adaptable to remote working.

SalaryStarting at N50,000 and reviewed after 3 months.
