We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Procurement Officer

Location: LagosJob Type: Full Time

ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidates will be responsible for:

Collating all approved Purchase Orders and documents in procurement logbook
Analyzing and delivering all approved tenders
Keeping track of all price gain or loss on all items
Ensuring that all suppliers receive all approved Purchase Orders accordingly.
Monitoring approved Internal Orders and ensuring they are serviced
Keeping up to date procurement information on all transactions
Monitoring all orders and ensuring the complete delivery
Reporting of any incomplete transaction
Initiating tendering process for all approved internal order requests

Requirements

A University Degree in any of the Social Sciences, Arts, Sciences, Accounting or any relevant discipline
One (1) year experience in Logistics function.

Skills:

Computer proficiency
Interpersonal skills.
