Job Description


We’re hiring a Personal Assistant, to effectively support the executive by managing schedules, handling communications, and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities


Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for the executive.
Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communications, on behalf of the executive.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
Run errands and manage personal tasks for the executive as needed.
Anticipate the executive’s needs and proactively address them to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide administrative support in various capacities as required by the executive.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, meetings, and conferences.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
Conduct research and gather information for the executive’s projects and initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications


Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
Young, tech curious and savvy.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary
N50,000 – N80,000 monthly.
