We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Payroll Specialist Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities


Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accurate calculations of wages, taxes, and other deductions.
Maintain accurate and organized payroll records.
Assist with audits, financial reporting, and preparation of payroll-related documents (P45, P60, etc.).
Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, deductions, and benefits.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll processing.
Prepare and distribute pay slips in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and statutory requirements such as PAYE, NHF, NSITF, and pension contributions.
Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.

Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in payroll management.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian payroll regulations and tax requirements.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
