Job Title: Pastry Chef

Location: Rivers

Job Descriptions

Liaising with the Head Chef to agree on menu additions and production.
Creating desserts and pastries, following pre-established recipes.
Monitoring supplies and ingredients.
Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Proposing and developing new and seasonal recipes.
Baking and decorating pastries.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc and skills acquisition in hospitality, catering, health or any related certificate in an added advantage
Proven working experience of at least 3 year as a pastry chef in a reputable hospitality organisation 
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Capable of delegating multiple tasks
Communication and leadership skills
Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
Well familiar with the preparation of varieties of pastries 
Be health-conscious
Excellent record of kitchen management
