We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Outsourcing (HR) Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Contracts Management:

Renew labor employers license on due date.
Keep contracts agreements and work with business development to ensure renewal of contracts as and when due,
Have vast knowledge of the peculiarity of each outsource contracts for ease of management and error free operations.
Keep records on each contract person on O/S contracts for Management follow-up when requires

Invoicing and Salaries
Leave Administration
Other benefits and Statutory obligations
Training, Communication and Social Connection
Recruitments management

Other Roles:

Ensure discipline and compliance by invoking disciplinary processes in line with company policies.
Assist in HSE implementation and compliance enforcement
Any other tasks given by the Head – HR/Admin
Weekly outsource operations and monthly staff demography reporting
Assist in appraisal tools mobilization
Assist in staff training budgeting and implementation

Qualifications

Good First Degree, ACIPM Certified, 5 years Cognate experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Attention to detail and Excellent communication skill (Oral/Writing)

SalaryN200,000 – N250,000 monthly aside other benefits.
