Job Purpose / Objective
Support the AMS Maintenance Execution (ME) and Turnaround (TA) process owners and coordinate the analysis and evaluation of technical performances of the ME and TA business processes to enable continuous improvement in operational reliability, asset integrity and process safety.
Basic Functions & Principal Responsibilities
Support the AMS ME and TA process by Working with Engineering and Maintenance organizations to identify opportunities for improvement. Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes. Set up and maintain automated data processes. Document all process for future reference.
Collaborate with Maintenance Organizations to collect and analyse data. Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients using graphs, charts and other methods to visualize data. Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings to help drive continuous improvement.
Monitor and manage the Maintenance Backlog, Concessions and Deferrals. Issue weekly reports for PMLT, monthly reports for all Maintenance Organizations using Pacer to ensure we maintain high availability / reliability. Set up one on one sessions to educate and update users on the importance of managing outstanding jobs.
 Provide support for the integrated activity plan and work with Planners to maintain Planning libraries to improve work preparation that would aid execution of job within the allowable timeframe
Design and carry out surveys and analyse survey data. Share report with Maintenance management.
Support in analysing and visualizing of Benchmarking trends in other to drive continuous improvement.
Produce Monthly Asset Integrity Report on or before the 2nd of any new month with key inferences and findings. Monitor all Safety and Production critical KPI’s to ensure no job goes overdue without prior notice and escalation. Issue weekly reminders on overdue jobs and soon to overdue jobs on the CMMS.
Perform weekly data quality checks by cleaning up and standardizing inconsistent, incomplete, and inaccurate data in order to reduce equipment downtime, leverage reporting functionalities, identify and dispose of excess inventory, and improve maintenance efficiency.
Qualifications
Education:
Higher National Diploma (HND) / Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Engineering is required.
Experience:
5 years post-graduate experience, with a minimum of 2 years spent working as a maintenance engineer / technician in a reputable organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
