We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsiblites

Design and implement mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment on need basis
Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed mechanical systems and projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, technicians, and production staff, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to prolong the lifespan of machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
Implement new technologies and methodologies to improve operational efficiency.
Prepare and submit regular maintenance reports to the Head of Operations
Developing repair and maintenance plans, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition
Lead and coordinate with the maintenance team for any ongoing, breakdown, or shutdown jobs.

Qualification & Skills

B.Sc / HND Mechanical Engineering.
5-7 years Proven working experience in mechanical engineering
Ability to develop basic technical design and developmental problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop and maintain effective, professional relationships, and communicate effectively
Creativity and Analytical skills
Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manne
