FactBase Consulting Limited – Our client, a fast-growing and professionally-run FMCG company, with factory located in Shagamu/Ijebu-Ode axis and Head Office in Lagos Mainland, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Learning and Development Officer

Location: Ijebu-Ode, Sagamu – Ogun

Job Description

Assisting with the design of training materials for existing employees and new hires, as well as resolving any training-related issues that may arise.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, work with department managers to assess training and development needs and provide management with trainees’ programme reports.

Requirements

B.Sc/B.Tech/HND in Business Administration or any relevant discipline.
Minimum of two years’ relevant experience in an FMCG or a manufacturing company.
Strong Proficiency in MS Office suite.
Professional certification, e.g., ACIPM, SHRM will be an added advantage.

Salary Range
N2,9,000,000 – N3,500,000 / Annum.
