Job Title: Kitchen Operations ManagerLocation: Surulere, LagosEmployment Type: Full-time

Job Description

To create a menu that is nutritious, balanced and exciting.
To create an operational and low cost budget.
To coordinate the day-to-day operations of the school lunch process.
To coordinate the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service.
Provide on-going feedback on all services rendered from parents, staff and children.
Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all other SDL food service business.
Setting regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels
Keep an up-to-date records in the food service operation.
To coordinate the day-to-day food distribution logistics.
Hiring new staff and providing training to facilitate quick acclimation.
Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times.
Creating schedules for all kitchen staff
Tracking kitchen finances to identify areas of potential waste.

Qualifications

Must be a graduate.
Must have have more than 5 years catering management experience.
School catering experience is an added advantage.
Must be sound in food costing and cost control.
Must be analytical,able to think outside the box and be an entrepreneur employee.

SalaryN300,000 monthly.
