Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Janitor(Cleaner) to take care of our building by carrying out cleaning, maintenance.
Are you responsible person with an eye for details? Do you have positive attitude and love cleaning?
Then you are the type of employee we are looking for!

Job Functions / Responsibilities

General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
Collect and dispose of trash.
Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
Cleaning and stock restrooms.
Ensure doors are locked after work hours.
Perform minor repairs.
Additional duties as requested by management

Requirements / Qualifications

Candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 1 – 2 year relevant work experience.
Prior cleaning experience (highly preferred).
A high standard for cleanliness.
Ability to manage your time efficiently.
Work well when supervisors are not present.
Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies.
Able to use basic cleaning equipment
Ability to follow instructions.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Strong attention to detail.

SalaryN30,000 – N35,000 / month.
