Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Supervisor.
The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including managing employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
This on-site role is located in Lagos Mainland.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and Performance Management
Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
