Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location: Yaba, LagosEmployment Type: Full-time

Job DetailsProvide support in the various human resource functions, which includes:

Recruitment and Hiring.
Training and Development.
Create a Safe Work Environment.
Handle Disciplinary Actions
Contract mentoring and employee counseling. Maintain, keep and update staff records for future reference according to policy using HR Software’s
Employer-Employee Relations.
Maintain Company Culture.
Manage Employee Benefits.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess an HND or Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years experience

SalaryN70,000 – N100,000 / Month.
