We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Director

Location: LagosEmployment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

HR Generalist Capabilities
Ability to Lead and Develop Teams
Strong aptitude for Industrial Relations and ability to manage all levels within the organization
Capacity to implement payroll and other compensation management system that’s tied to productivity
Diverse and Culturally mature utilizing supportive policies to drive inclusiveness
Engage Top Management and Leadership while cascading leadership vision across team.
Provide a Performance management system that speaks to Revenue Optimization
Develop a work climate that fosters continuous engagement
Clear understanding of Industry Requirements around compliances and business driven certifications
Implement a Learning Management System that fosters impactful Talent Development and Trainings

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Management
10+ years relevant work experience.
A member of HRCI CIPM SHRM CIPD or other recognized HR certification bodies
Must have functional experience in Energy Insurance.
