Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will assist the HR and Admin Manager manage day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR and be eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues
Handle payroll, attendance, and benefits administration
Support training and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Support the HR and Admin Manager in implementing company policies and procedures
Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems)
Minimum of 3years of experience in an HR role
Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices
