We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Operations / MarketingLocation: Maraba, Abuja (FCT)Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Oversee daily operations of all business units and all staff that work there.
Develop and execute the company’s business strategies alongside other key staff in order to deliver the company’s goals and objectives.
Communicate and maintain trust relationships with business partners and authorities.
Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times.
Generate new leads and clients for the company.
Perform other general administrative tasks as may be required by the MD.
Carry out performance appraisal for all staff with heads of department.

Requirements

MSc / BSc / HND in Business Management or relevant discipline
Minimum of 2 years’ professional work experience in similar position.
Analytical and Tech savvy
Ability to navigate google workspace.
Knowledge of inventory management
Knowledge of medical technology is an advantage
Leadership skill with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving aptitude

SalaryN130,000 – N140,000 monthly.
