Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visual communications and materials that effectively represent our brand and convey our message to our target audience.
You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to create a wide range of visual materials, including logos, brochures, posters, social media graphics, and more.

Responsibilities

Design and develop visual materials, such as logos, brochures, posters, and social media graphics, that align with our brand identity and messaging
Conceptualize and create original design ideas that meet the needs of our marketing and creative teams
Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet our brand standards
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and products
Meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure to deliver high-quality designs on time
Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure that all designs are error-free and meet our quality standards
Design and layout visual materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand identity and messaging, and apply this knowledge to all design projects
Collaborate with other designers, copywriters, and art directors to develop and refine design concepts

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or Real Estate Agency
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography
Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
A portfolio that showcases a range of design projects and styles
Experience with design software such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision
Knowledge of web design and development principles
Experience working with a variety of design formats, including print, digital, and social media
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Certification in graphic design or related field.
