We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Overview


As a Sales Trainee in Goonite (NG) Hygiene Products FZE, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the sales department within our organization.
This program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to different facets of our business operations.
This Sales Trainee program offers a unique opportunity for individuals seeking to kick-start their career in Sales and develop into future leaders within our organization.

Responsibilities


Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities in various regions across Nigeria.
Actively prospect, pitch, and close deals with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the sales manager.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Support the development and execution of trade marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Collaborate with the sales manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and promote brand awareness.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Must not be more than 25years
Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Nigeria.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities, with the confidence to close deals effectively.
