We are a reputable construction company that have been in existence for over (5) five years. During this time, we have carried out different projects of construction work and our clients were well satisfied with our diligent and well finished works.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Ibadan, OyoEmployment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.
Greet and welcome guests.
Prepare outgoing mails by drafting correspondence, securing parcel.
Keep updated records and files.
Monitor office supplies and make orders when necessary.
Check, sort and forward email.
Answer questions and address complaints.
Answer all incoming call and redirect call and keep messages.
Receive letters, packages and distribute them.
Take up other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 9 years relevant work experience.

SalaryN70,000 – N90,000 Monthly.
